We act neither as a real estate broker nor a Lender as defined by the division of Business and Professional Code specific to Real Estate Law. We do not broker transactions. We are not responsible for selling, purchasing, exchanging, renting or leasing property. We seek no commission for real estate transactions, have no involvement in the transaction process and have minimal knowledge (e.g., customers submitting testimonials), if any, of whether a transaction took place.
