Baltimore, MD Real Estate Market Snapshot

The Baltimore region continued to see the affects of a weak housing market in February as home sales fell more than 33 percent compared with the same month a year ago.

In February, 1,559 units were sold in the Baltimore region — Baltimore City, Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Carroll and Anne Arundel counties. That’s down from 2,340 during the same period a year ago, according to Rockville-based Metropolitan Regional Information Systems Inc.
