Fallstaff, Baltimore Neighborhood

Fallstaff, Baltimore Neighborhood

Fallstaff is a neighborhood inside the Upper Park Heights section of Northwest Baltimore, Maryland, and is amongst the city’s northwestern-most neighborhoods. The location, that’s mainly middle-class, is the main core of Baltimore’s Orthodox Jewish neighborhood, and in addition includes a large African-American and immigrant inhabitants.

Fallstaff houses quite a few Baltimore City Public Schools, which includes Northwestern High School and Fallstaff Elementary School (formerly Fallstaff Midde School).

The leading street running throughout the region is Park Heights Avenue in Pikesville. Other roads consist of Fallstaff Road, where both schools are located, and Clarks Lane.

Fallstaff Road is actually a non commercial side street where duplexes, single-family houses, apartments, and condo properties can be found. One block of Fallstaff Road is one way in an effort to decrease traffic from fast drivers. However, Clarks lane, that also is lined with the exact same types of buildings, is two ways throughout and manages increased traffic. Clarks Lane starts out throughout in the Reisterstown Road Plaza (sharing a traffic light with the parking lot) and continues to the city/county line, where it changes name to Sanzo Road, and ends shortly thereafter at Smith Avenue.
