With the technology that exists today, creating and designing can be a snap. Types of cards like birthday, thank you, congratulation, get well, Christmas and any other occasion can be created with little to no effort at all. You only need to find the right location on the internet.
The coolest thing about a unique creation like this is that these cards can be designed with your own words. Or, you can use poems that you might have heard, sayings that Mom & Dad or that crazy uncle in the family might have used while you were growing up. The sky is the limit. No longer are you tied to what the card says that is sitting on the display rack in the store. Heck, these cards are even printed professionally, with your own hand writing and they look like they came off of that rack from your favorite store. You know what? Believe it or not, the cost is two third less than any cards in a store or even from a mail order company for that matter. That’s right for about a buck. Take a peak. It even gets better.
Just the other day I was in a store that displayed cards with goofy family photos, You know, the photos that nobody wants anyone else to see. They put these on the fronts of the cards. You may not want that type of photo on the front of your Christmas card; but, you may want one of your really nice photos placed on the front of that card, representing your family. Maybe even a picture of your new addition to the family, your dog, or your new human addition. Either way, good picture, bad picture, you are able to now place pictures on the fronts of a greeting card or place numerous pictures inside of the card and for the same low cost. Now that is personalizing a card.
It’s pretty amazing all of the options that are available. You can put that picture on the card and then place a thought bubble over the kids or the spouse’s head that might say, “Do I really want to be here?” or “We’re having a great time”. There are a couple of other added benefits that go with online engineered card creation sites. Most provide a website that lets you save the card you like most; they give you the ability to send one or one hundred cards, all in just a few minutes. An address book is supplied so that all of your addresses are at your fingertips and not in the basement or with the socks or at the office, you get the picture.
You really need to investigate what each have to offer. One last added morsel for any home body is that you can do all of your greeting cards no matter what time of the year it is, from the comfort of your home, a hotel room, your friends home as long as you have a computer and get this, even do all of this in your PJ’s or your underwear. The choice is yours. I don’t want you to take my word for it so check out any of the links or look at my bio link. Whatever you chose to do, that will be the correct choice for you, if you just do something.
