Florida has identified 3,277 motorists who were at fault in at least three car accidents over a three-year period from 2006. Starting next year, these drivers and other motorists convicted of three car accident-related moving violations over a three-year period will lose their license. To get it back, they will need to pay for and pass a $500 education course, and also pay $48 to take and pass the driving test again.
