I’ve been following an idea proposed by John Watch of AccuriZ regarding how to rescue home owners during his mortgage crisis .  What he says makes a lot of sense, so I want to try to help get the idea out.  Maybe if enough of us start talking about it, we’ll see some interest from the Capitol. A massive amount of money has already been earmarked for bailing out the banks.  Yes, we are seeing the economy improve somewhat, but we need to find a way to stop the foreclosure hemorrhage.

by Don Burnham There will be a structured foreclosure process, the time that a foreclosure is registered, in every state. In a judicial state, the time starts when the lawsuit, is filed. In a non-judicial state, the timing starts when the Notice of Default or Notice of Trustee Sales is filed. This is the pre-foreclosure stage. You will make the most money in this stage, which we will talk about this later in this text. Order a Trustee Sale Guarantee, otherwise known as the TSG -this is just another name for a Trustee Report.

I know that hearing about Evander Holyfield saving his home from foreclosure doesn’t do much to ease your financial worries. The truth is he saved his home by negotiating with the mortgage holder. The truth is he only delayed the foreclosure until August, and that is only if he can pay. If you are facing foreclosure on your home, filing Chapter 13 bankruptcy in Fort Worth can stop the foreclosure proceedings. It will allow you to restructure your back payments and allow you to pay them off over a 3 to 5 year period.

by Don Burnham At any time any foreclosure case is registered, a structured process follows. In a judicial state, foreclosure begins as it is filed; in a non-judicial system, foreclosure begins once the Notice of Trustee Sales or the Notice of Default is filed. The beginning marks the pre-foreclosure stage, or the preparation before the actual handling of the case -the time when you can make the most money out of the case. Ordering the TSG or Trustee Sale Guarantee -also known as the Trustee Report.

A report suggested that the federal government’s loan modification programs are not enough to stop house repossession across the country. According Federal Reserve Bank of Boston economists, faulty economic assumptions may be one of the reasons why the Obama Administration’s Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) has so far failed to achieve its target goal of helping about 7 to 9 million distressed homeowners across the country avoid home repossession .

State and federal law enforcement officials are teaming up across the country to stop despondent homeowners from needlessly shelling out thousands of dollars to save their homes from foreclosure. The Federal Trade Commission recently announced that it is leading “Operation Loan Lies,” an effort by 25 federal and state agencies to shut down firms that are deceptively marketing foreclosure rescue and mortgage-modification services.
