Simple and practical are beautiful — opt for simplicity and functionality in your house style and in your choice of furniture and fixtures, and you’d earn the admiration of your peers and higher-ups. Your home is an extension of yourself. It is a place of your comfort and peace of mind. Do not make it anything less by a display of poor taste.
