Yes, Hookers for Jesus is a faith based enterprise, but the website plainly states they are an outreach organization, and it come into view that no one is excluded for not having faith or beliefs, although it's clear God and Jesus and the Bible will all be part of the umbrella used to lend a hand with assisting others. Several outreach ministries are similar, although searching around the internet, it's impractical to find any other faith based initiative or outreach apart from for Hookers for Jesus who are exclusively aiming at the adult entertainment and sex business.
