A shareholder lawsuit filed Tuesday calls into question the $4.7 billion sale of Constellation Energy Group Inc. to MidAmerican Energy Holdings Co.

The price isnt right and the process isn’t fair, said John Isbister, an attorney with Baltimore-based Tydings and Rosenberg, the law firm that filed the suit.

The lawsuit was filed in Baltimore City Circuit Court on behalf of Stanley Kurzweil, a New Jersey resident. He also filed a separate lawsuit on behalf of the same plantiff Sept. 19 alleging the company misled its shareholders.
